Payment methods and conditions:
For hotel packages without transport services:
All payments are due immediately after completion of the contract or at least 42 days before travel begins if a long-term booking is made. All payments must be made either with a credit card accepted by Reisebüro Rauther GmbH (Visa, Mastercard, Air Plus, American Express, Diners Club) or by direct debit through a German bank account named by the paying customer.
Payment by invoice is only possible up to 8 weeks before the trip begins.
If a credit card institute or bank refuses to pay the sum requested in the contract, the Reisebüro Rauther GmbH has the right to cancel the contract after a demand for payment deadline and cancel the booking. In this case, a processing fee of € 25,- per traveller will be charged in addition to any resulting cancellation costs.
For transport services:
If transport services are arranged by rail or plane, payment can only be made via one of the credit card accepted by the service provider, irrespective of the travel date.
